This residence has been carefully designed from the initial planning stage to have a colonial elevation style reminiscent of classical buildings. The striking aspect of this 10000 sqft residence is the completely open front façade. It merges the modernism of full height windows with the miniscule detailing and reticence of classical design, in the form of cornices and projections.
